CROSSFIT

CrossFit training leads to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Each day you’ll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun.

CROSSFIT KIDS

 Help your kids by making them strong. Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 Personalized instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. Your personal coach can help you build a specific skill set, strengthen weak areas, gain a competitive edge in your sport, and stay motivated to reach your goals.

 

NUTRITION

 You spend a fraction of your time each week at the gym. In many ways, what you do outside of the gym is more important than what you do while you’re here. We designed our Nutrition Program at TAO Training Facility to be flexible and sustainable. Get the results you want faster than training alone.
