With years of experience in functional fitness and nutrition coaching, we take a holistic approach to help you feel and perform your best, whether you’re chasing weight loss, strength gains, or simply want to feel better in your body.

Steven Colon - Owner/ CrossFit Level 3
I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, and have been an athlete for as long as I can remember, eventually playing collegiate baseball. But it wasn’t until my junior year of college that I found my true passion-fitness and coaching-when I started CrossFit for conditioning. I quickly fell in love with the training, the community, and the impact it had on my life.
After graduating, I became a personal trainer and eventually earned my CrossFit Level 3 Trainer certification, realizing that many people lacked proper coaching and guidance. I knew I could help change lives through fitness, accountability, and community.
In 2018, I took a leap of faith and purchased CrossFit TAO, creating a space where people of all backgrounds can push their limits and achieve lasting health and success. Through TAO’s core values-opportunity, accountability, and excellence-I’m committed to helping others unlock their full potential and become the best version of themselves.
Katelyn Colon - Manager / CrossFit Level 2
Coach Katie found CrossFit TAO in July of 2019 and immediately fell in love with the methodology and community. After her first week, she was hooked and not long after decided to pursue coaching.
Being a coach aligns perfectly with her focus on health, fitness and longevity- she has a true passion for helping people be the healthiest version of themselves. In addition to her CF-L1, she also holds a NASM/AFAA Group Fitness certificate. When she’s not at the gym, she’s making strides in the Corp HR world, at home gardening, reading books, doing yoga or indulging in self-care. Katie is married (to Coach Steven) and both have a shared love of fitness, adventure and pursuit of living a healthy and happy lifestyle.
